Included amenities: Wi-Fi and TV, washing machine, towels and bed linen. A cot for little ones is available on request. Air conditioning is present in the entrance and hallway, strategically cooling the home. The highlight outdoors is the beautiful private garden, a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxing in the sun, complete with a barbecue for outdoor meals together. The recently renovated apartment is designed in a seafaring style and ideally located, just around the corner from old commercial harbour which now has inviting bars and restaurants. The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a fan as well as a television. The nearest bar and restaurant are both just a stone's throw away (40m). The next supermarket and café can be reached in 1-2 minutes on foot (120m). The Papeete Beach Imperia is 3 minutes away on foot (200m) and the Parco Urbano beach can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot (1.4km). The harbour is just around the corner (60m). The Riviera Airport can be reached in 35 minutes by car (37km). Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is currently not available.
